We want you to be completely satisfied with your Seiko timepiece; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for products purchased directly from our official online store. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging, tags, and protective films intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your watch in its original Seiko presentation box and include all manuals, warranty cards, and any promotional gifts received.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton, ensuring no old labels are visible.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our service center verifies the condition of the timepiece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
